Single Storey Extension

Garage Conversion
Needing the extra space for our son, we had no choice but to convert our garage.
We acquired several quotes and researched all the builders. Northfield were one of only a few that had a solid reputation from previous clients.
Although they weren't the cheapest, we knew the price included all the works which reassured us as we were working to a budget.

Further to work completed by Steeve Betsy and the team at Northfield Property Solutions, I am pleased to provide a testimonial to recommend this firm.
Prior to employing Northfield, we had architect drawings, planning permission and structural calculations already completed, therefore Steeve and his team were requested, through a competitive process, to build an above double garage master bedroom extension along with ensuite and interior finishing.
Although price was important to us, the people we dealt with was also very important as we would be absent during portions of the build and needed not only a builder but also a project manager to take it all on.
Our initial meeting with Steeve left a very positive impression and we decided to award the project to Northfield. The quote we received was not the cheapest, but also not the highest and we believed the price to be reasonable.
The quality of his work was exceptional and the finish to our project is of a very high quality.
I would recommend Steeve and his team to anyone considering building work, both large and small scale – they worked efficiently, and our site was kept immaculately clean and tidy during the entire build.
