This house had been rented out for the past few years and as you can imagine it had become extremely tired and in need of a huge over hall. The owners are now ready to move to the lovely town of Fordingbridge and retire.
So the Northfield team were called in to carry out this complete renovation. We've ripped out all the old bathrooms and the kitchen. Knocked down walls and taken out doors and replaced with beautiful bifold doors over looking the small but perfectly formed back garden.
Each bathroom has been re-fitted and a new kitchen installed. The whole house has been painted and new carpets and floors have been laid over the entire house.
