Once all the crash and bash is done and the walls are plastered, it's time to bring in the designer. A little professional advise goes a long way, especially after spending all that money on the build.
It's easy to rush the interiors and spend the last few pennies on bargain tiles and end of line flooring with the hope that it will all look wonderful once in, but it's not always the case! To have the advise of a professional is invaluable. No one wants to make do or even do things twice.
Remember work into your budget the cost of the interiors when planning your build. A budget that will secure the ambiance for many years to come.
