I was right to have complete confidence that the whole project was in safe hands from start to finish. I was kept up-to-date and informed continuously. Steeve is tirelessly enthusiastic about his work and leaves no stone unturned in ensuring that we are entirely delighted with everything.
Steeve and his team went well beyond the call of duty in completing all the work to the highest standards, and have been very patient and helpful in helping me make decisions and undertaking a host of extra requests, such as putting up pictures on the new walls; buying sample pots of paint in the colour I might like; setting up the satellite television (and making sure it worked), and generally making sure that we were happy with everything.
All the Northfield builders have been perpetually cheerful, well mannered and pleasant to have around and they made great efforts to ensure that our family remained as comfortable as possible.
